“We have been working with BD Barcelona Design’s Artistic Designer, Ramón Úbeda for the past two years. We have discussed ideas which have matured with the final result being this piece, inspired in an aquarium. We love creating hybrids using distinct materials, one warm and the other cold. This has become part of our language when designing. Playing with the idea of different weights, with the light aspect of glass and solid wood. The immateriality of the first and the physical presence of the second.''

The Aquário Collection is their first project with BD and is composed of a high table and a cabinet in two finishes: Green glass and veneered in natural ash (wood) and or blue glass, veneered in pine (wood) stained grey.

Η BD, η παγκοσμίως γνωστή Ισπανική Εταιρεία ιδρύθηκε το '72 απο έξη καταξιωμένους Ισπανούς Σχεδιαστές, μεταξύ των οποίων και ο Oscar Tusquets που συνεργάστηκε με τον Salvador Dali για την δημιουργία του καναπέ Dalilips. H BD παράγει τα έπιπλα του Salvador Dali και του Μεγάλου Αρχιτέκτονα της Βαρκελώνης Antoni Gaudi (εκτίθενται στο Μουσείο Design του Design Plaza). Συνεργάζεται με τους Μεγάλους Σύγχρονους Σχεδιαστές Ross Lovegrove, Constantin Grcic, Jaime Hayon, Alfredo Haberli και παρουσιάζει συναρπαστικά δημιουργήματα με Μεγάλα Διεθνή Βραβεία όπως Red Dot Award Best of the Best 2011, European Community Design Prize 1990 και πολλά άλλα.
